Rules apply to all events

• A $100 refundable security deposit is required.

• The following are prohibited: cooking, burning candles, smoking, smoke machines, tape on the walls, use of nails, command hooks or screws in the walls.

• Clean-up is required.

• Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection.

• Any violations of stated rules shall cause forfeiture of deposit.
